Printography Shipping Policy

Production Time
All Printography products are custom-made to order. Once you approve your mockup, production begins immediately.

  • Standard production time: 3–4 business days (may vary depending on product type and volume).

  • Custom or large orders may take longer; estimated production time will be provided during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use reliable carriers to ensure your items arrive safely. Shipping times vary by destination:

  • United States: 3–7 business days (after production)

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may apply)

Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package until it arrives.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and product weight/size.

Lost or Damaged Packages
We take care in packaging your items, but occasionally packages may be lost or damaged in transit:

  • If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • If your package is lost, contact us and we will assist with tracking or replacing your order when possible.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Printography is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections.
