Shipping Policy
Production Time
All Printography products are custom-made to order. Once your mockup is approved, production begins immediately. Standard production time is 3–7 business days. Custom or large orders may take longer; estimated production time will be provided during checkout.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- United States: 3–7 business days (after production)
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (customs delays may apply)
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package until it arrives.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the size/weight of your order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will assist with tracking, replacements, or filing claims with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Printography is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
International Shipping & Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. Delivery times may be extended due to customs inspections.
