Return & Cancellation Policy
At Printography, every item is made to order and personalized using the photos and details you provide. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preference.
Order Mockups & Cancellations
After placing your order, we will send you a digital mockup of your product so you can see what the final product will look like.
- You may request changes or cancel your order before approving the mockup.
- Once the mockup is approved (either by explicit confirmation or written approval via email), your order automatically enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.
- If we do not receive a response within the stated review time (usually 24–48 hours), production may proceed based on the design and details provided.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at printography@printography.xyz with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
Verified damaged or defective items will be replaced at no additional cost. Please do not return any item without prior approval.
Color & Print Disclaimer
Colors may appear slightly different in person due to monitor settings, lighting, and natural material variations. Minor differences are not considered defects.
Shipping Issues
If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will assist with tracking or replacing your order when possible.
